Rainy backyard fun
This is the only tree in our backyard. It is a completely untrimmed Chinese Maple. See the umbrellas that roof their fort in there?
Kind of looks like a tropical rain forest, eh?
Here's one of the tiny residents in our backyard. On the tip of Connor's finger. He's a teeny tiny frog! Hard to see I know, but I wanted Connor in the shot too.
Here's Rael too. It's amazing that they were able to find it!

Apparently Gavin actually found it, so Connor informs me. Too bad there is no photo with the Gavinator and the tiny frog too...
ReplyDeleteWow, Rael is getting big and looking so mature!

Let me expand that interupted post...wow, Connor & Rael are looking quite older! Where does the time go?
ReplyDeleteI love the umbrellas in the tree! Very Swiss Family Robinson! ..and yes, oddly enough, it does look very tropical.
Too much with the "rabbit ears"... (-;

Yes, I agree, too much! That's what I have been trying to say. Dan just can't stand them... :D
ReplyDeleteWell, "too much" in a funny, joke so old it will never die and you would kind of miss it if it did kind of way!
ReplyDeleteThere's your Pennsic hours on the road road trip entertainment...thinking of all the obnoxious ways you could squeeze the rabbit ear thing in... tombstone (wrong), first photo of when your grandkids are born (very wrong), meeting the president of the United States (well if it's ole GW then totally right (although you may want to use only one finger...!))....

Have visited the haley blog-o-sphere
ReplyDelete4 th 1st time, and was very pleased
to share the memories. Love sharing
the adventures w/ you'all. I also
really like staying back at the 'ol
hacienda w/ the menagerie; it's like
a mini vacation, that only costs me
some time. The twice daily perambula
tions w/ k-9's were esp. relaxing. On the other-hand, the bun miester is
too much 4 me. Also, must thank your
in-laws for helping out, a couple x's
Love Daddio/Papa:>)XO Hi Kathleen!
